3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & ACCURACY

Failure to verify compatibility before purchase does not constitute a product defect.

5. INSTALLATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bidetwash provides hardware only.

We do not perform installation.

Installation is fully your responsibility — whether completed by you or a third-party plumber.

Bidetwash is not liable for:

  • Property damage
  • Water leaks
  • Plumbing failures
  • Electrical issues
  • Structural damage
  • Personal injury
  • Costs related to removal or reinstallation

This applies whether installation was performed DIY or by a professional.

Once installation begins, the product is considered used.

You assume full responsibility for ensuring safe and compliant installation.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time without notice
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing or technical mistakes

If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund.

Payment must be completed before shipment.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier confirms delivery to your provided address.

If damage occurs during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Please review it carefully before purchasing.

Due to hygiene standards, unopened and factory-sealed products only are eligible for return.
